There is no place with Unlimited dwarven metals. The dwarven ruins have many metals that can be smelted for ingots but nothing "Unlimited" on a pc you can use player commands and add the item to your inventory.
You might find them in Dwemer ruins. Or you could increase your Smithing skill and buy the perk that lets you make your own Dwarven items. Or continue levelling up, and they'll appear in shops and the hands of your enemies.
About level 20 or higher. You'll need it to fight the dwarven mechanisms
You cannot get a dwarven crossbow UNLESS you are on a PC using the DEVELOPERS CONSOLE. The command for dwarven can be found when you type:help "dwarven crossbow"It will bring up the ID, then just typeplayer.additem ITEM ID 1replace the item ID with the numbers and letters the console gives. An enhanced dwarven crossbow is better (ignores 50% or armor)
Hold down 'E' Only for pc.

Arkngthamz, Raldbthar, Deep Folk Crossing, & the Dwarven Storeroom, an outhouse of Mzulft.
