I'm Assuming you want to play black ops Zombies solo offline on PC because it won't let you. On gaming consoles it will. All you have to do is go on zombies then solo or splitscreen. However I cannot think of a way to play combat training offline. You will need internet to play that. This answer is for people with PC because zombies solo is restricted offline.
1. To play "Kino Der Toten" and "Five" offline is to go to mycomputer/harddrive/programfilesx86/steam/steamapps/common/call of duty black ops/players
2. open up config in notepad, then push CONTROL + F and find monkey, change it to seta monkeytoy "0"
3.Then go to the bottom of the text and push enter twice Once on a new line type bind 0 (or whatever key you want) "devmap zombie_theater"
Enter again and bind 9 (or any key) "devmap zombie_pentagon"
4. X out and Save, right click on config, go to config properties, change to READ ONLY
5. WHEN IN THE TITLE SCREEN PUSH YOUR BINDED KEY AND THE MAP WILL AUTOMATICALLY START.
Make sure its like this: bind 0 "devmap zombie_theater" (same with pentagon)
The place you type will be like this:
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
bind 0 "devmap zombie_theater"
bind 9 "devmap zombie_pentagon"
If you can't find monkey, then your properties is on read only, you need to uncheck the box
