Once you've accomplished that, you need to go to the Cave of Being within Route 20 so that you can see Mesprit, Azelf and Uxie there so that they can be released into the wild. Once they've been released, in order to find Mesprit, you will need to go to the top of the Celestial Tower and walk on a specific tile in front of the staircase that leads to the Bell. Stepping on the specific tile will allow Mesprit to appear so that you can start a battle with it in order to catch it.
