Nope. You can use the tombstone of L and D to make them have a baby, though. Use the BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled Truecheat when your in the neighborhood menu to get the full effect of the cheat. Once you're in your sim's household and both sims are on your lot, you press shift and click on one of the sims to produce the tombstone, and then it's pretty easy to figure out the rest.
