In my experience there has been some games that you can turn off blood and gore but most of the games now don't have that option Sorry

This game has far less gore and blood than Modern Warfare 2... further more there is a setting in the game to turn off blood and gore permanently - with this feature on, I believe this game could hold the T for Teen ESRB rating. Also, offensive language can be turned off too.
