Can ordering a pizza delete your house?even when you install the mod your save data is still going to be there unless you delete it yourself or reinstall minecraft.

Why isn't there a saves folder in my minecraft folder?
The saves folder is in a hidden folder in application data called .minecraft. The directory to the folder is: My documents/Application Data/.minecraft. There is a folder in .minecraft called saves which contains your saved worlds. If this folder does not exist, then perhaps you have not yet played any worlds on that computer or somebody has deleted the folder.

the new version of minecraft is called tekkit. i think it allows you to build machines and vehicles. (Tekkit is actually an Add-on and isn't created by the makers of Minecraft. I'd suggest reading up on this mod before downloading because some mods will delete saved game data if not installed properly.)
