For some poisons you want to get them out of the body as fast as possible and vomiting helps. However, vomiting is inappropriate for some poisons. Call the Poison Control center before inducing vomiting with ipecac or another method since you could make the damage worse if strong acids, strong alkalies, oils, etc. have been swallowed.
If your puppy is vomiting every time he eats, he needs to be examined by a veterinarian. If your puppy is eating the very food he just threw up, it's regurgitation, not vomiting (be sure you use the correct term when talking to your vet, it matters.) It may look gross, but since it's only been chewed and not digested, it's okay to let him re-eat the food.

It can be an indicator of a caustic or corrosive chemical (acid, bleach. etc), or other kind of irritant having been swallowed, especially if there are burns inside the mouth as well. In any event, burns to the face or mouth should be treated as an emergency and the person should get medical attention immediately. !! Do NOT induce vomiting as the chemical that was or may have been swallowed will burn again on the way back up!! Note also that in cases where the patient manifests chemical burns, the rescuer must consider this to be a dangerous environment, until determined otherwise -- think HAZMAT.
It depends on how long it has been out. I would use some rubbing alcohol on the hole then slowly force your earring in. just go a little bit at a time, and it will hurt, but hopefully it will work for you like it does for me.

Vomiting clears the dige stive system, so if the child has been vomiting for more than 12 hours (max), then get him/her to a hospital asap.
Your dog could have pancreaitis
it is risky to buy a dog/puppy online because you have no idea what the puppy's condition is. when adopting/purchasing a dog/puppy always meet with the person you receive it from and see where the animal has been living and check that the dog is healthy.
