No - Tobradex has two medications in it, dexamethasone (a steroid) and tobramycin (an antibiotic). This is powerful medication that can cause serious side effects, possibly causing your Husky to become blind in that eye depending upon what is causing the watery eye.
You should carefully evaluate the eye - if your Husky is keeping it closed or you see a blue tinge to the surface of the eye or red streaks on the white part of the eye, you need to take your Husky to a veterinarian immediately for evaluation and targeted treatment. If you don't see any of these problems but the watery discharge changes in color, thickness or volume or doesn't resolve in about 3 days, you need to take your Husky to a veterinarian anyway.
