AF isn't a mint mark, but rather the initials of Anthony de Francisci, who designed the coin. The actual mint mark is on the other side of the coin, near the eagle's tail. Nothing there indicates Philadelphia, D is for Denver, and S is San Francisco. 1923 is a common date for Peace dollars, currently worth around $25 for any mint.
