There is no mintmark on the Columbian Exposition Dollar. All of them, including the 100 or so proofs, were struck at the Philadelphia mint and this mint did not put mintmarks on the coins they produced until 1968. At that time the "P" was placed on all coins minted at Philadelphia except for the Lincoln Cent.

I'd say around $15 (poor condition) to around $30 (near mint state) and $50 (high grade mint state). They are some of the more common commemorates and were made in bulk.
The mint mark position on all Morgan dollars, regardless of date, is above the letters DO in ONE DOLLAR. Blank = Philadelphia S = San Francisco CC = Carson City D = Denver (1921 coins only) O = New Orleans The related link below shows an 1892-S dollar with the mint mark clearly visible. There are pix of an 1896 but the contrast is too low to see the mint mark easily.

The 1892-O half dollar is one of the more valuable half dollars. It's worth at least $200 and upwards of almost $800 depending on condition.

No - there are three types ... 392,021,000 with no mint mark 57,154,000 with D mint mark 57,154,000 with S mint mark for 1919 USA 1 Cent. The mint mark (if present) is below the date.
No mint mark means it was minted in Philadelphia.
