There are many powers the president does not have. In fact most powers he does hold have had to be legislated for.

  • He cannot revoke the Constitution for instance nor serve more than two terms in office.
  • He cannot declare an election invalid or not legal.
  • He cannot order the execution of an American citizen without cause.
  • His eyes do not shoot laser beams.
  • He cannot pass laws by declaration.
  • he doesn't have any Constitutional Authority over the Economy
  • He does not have "the power of Greyskull!"
