The Dominion of Canada 2 Dollar note was issued with three different signatories and is worth between $10,000 and $30,000 in uncirculated condition. A Very Good condition would be worth $350 to $5,000 depending on specific issue.

What is the value of a 1923 ONE DOLLAR DOMINION OF CANADA BILL. The serial numbers are printed in red. The letter D appears on the right and left side of face of the bill. The number 2 appears to the right of seal of the Department of Finance
Please post a new, separate question with the bill's country of origin. None of the major dollar-issuing countries (US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand) print bills with such a high value.
Prior to 1935 when all banknotes were issued by the Bank of Canada, there were several banknote issuers in Canada. Many of the notes prior to 1935 are quite rare. A $2 Dominion of Canada note dated 1923 would be worth about $2500+ in mint condition. More detail of the note, including bank and place of issue and the quality would be needed for an accurate valuation.
