No US Coins dated 1965-67 carried mint marks, so technically there's no such thing as a 1965-S dime (or any other denomination).
However, if your dime is from one of the so-called "Special Mint Sets" that were issued as temporary replacements for proof sets during those years, it's now known that these coins were all struck at San Francisco despite the absence of mint marks.
If that's what you have, it might retail for anywhere from 75¢ to $15 depending on how well-struck it is. Other uncirculated 1965 dimes range from 50¢ to $7.

Your coin is worth face value only; hundreds of millions were minted. Note that the coin is simply a 1965 dime, not 1965-P. The P mint mark wasn't used on US dimes until 1980, and no US coins of any denomination had mint marks from 1965 to 1967.
