The walking liberty design was used only for half dollars dated from 1916 to 1947. If it's a dollar coin dated 1902 it's a Morgan dollar. Look at the coin again and post new question.

What is the value of a 1902 walking liberty half dollar?

The walking liberty design was used on half dollars from 1916 to 1947 and wasn't used again until 1986, on 1-oz bullion coins. If your coin is dated 1902 it shows Miss Liberty's head, not the full portrait of her walking, and the coin is called a Barber half after its designer, Charles Barber. It's called a Morgan dollar after its designer George T. Morgan. The design was introduced in 1878, several years before the Statue of Liberty was created. The resemblance between the two depictions of Miss Liberty is due to artistic styles of the time, nothing else. There's more information at the Related Question.

What is the value of a 1902 liberty standing silver dollar?

Sorry, but there is no such dollar. All silver dollars issued in the period 1878-1921 carried an image of the head of Miss Liberty. They're usually called "Morgan" dollars after George T. Morgan, who designed the coin. In 1902 Morgan dollars were struck at 3 mints. Coins from Philadelphia (no mint mark) and New Orleans ("O" mint mark) both range in retail value from $15 to $25 depending on condition. 1902 dollars from San Francisco ("S") average about 2.5 times the values of the other two.
