Counterfeit coins are worth about as much as the (usually) low-quality metal that they're made of. 1804 dollars are among the most frequently faked coins because real ones are worth millions, but all of those have been accounted for.
Roughly the value of most fakes, essentially nothing.
its fake o silver dollars were made in 1799
Please check again and post a new question. There were no US silver dollars minted for circulation from 1804 to 1835 inclusive. If the coin in fact has that date and denomination, it's counterfeit. The market has been flooded with fake dollar coins. Some of them are laughably bad, with impossible dates and/or designs although many others require an expert to identify as fake.

At the risk of sounding a bit snarky, the best way to tell if it's fake is to hold it in your hand. If it looks like an 1804 silver dollar, it's fake. The 1804 dollar is one of the most famous rarities in all of American coinage. All known specimens have been accounted for and are in museums or private collections. There are oceans of counterfeit ones on the market.
A genuine 1795 dollar is silver, but it's not pure silver. The coin is a fake if it's not silver.

There were no silver dollars minted from 1804 to 1835 inclusive, and the Carson City mint only operated from 1870 to 1893. There are many fake dollar 'coins' with impossible dates and/or mint marks so you may well have one of those.
