Note that every US bill has a caption on each side identifying the person or other image shown.

If you mean whose PORTRAIT is on the bill, the Series 1928 and 1934 bills carried a picture of President William McKinley. Those were the last $500 bills printed in the US.
The US didn't print any $10 bills dated 1920. If your bill was printed by a private bank, please post a new and separate question with the name of the bank.

Take a $10 bill and very carefully move your eyes down to the bottom of the picture. The name is right there underneath. It's Alexander Hamilton.
