Do you mean it was struck in the early part of 1891?? There's not really any way to tell when in a given year a coin was struck.
Anyway, 1891 was the last year of issue for the Seated Liberty design. You need to know the coin's condition and mint mark to put a value on it. There is a range of retail prices shown at http://www.numismedia.com/fmv/prices/setdim/pricesgd.shtml , among many such sites.
