There is no such thing as a 1799 nickel. The first nickel coins were not minted until 1866. Therefore, if someone claimed to have a 1799 nickel, it would likely be a counterfeit or a misidentified coin.
A copy of any US coin has no numismatical value. Their worth is limited to that of the metals from which they are made.
Are there real 1799 draped bust dollars? Yes. Are there fakes out there? Absolutely. And the 1799 dollar is one of the most faked coins out there. There are even some bust dollars dated 1799 that are made out of the same composition and have the exact same weight, thickness and diameter of genuine coins. Any bust dollar is a rare coin and worth getting authenticated by a reputable dealer or grading company and slabbed before you buy it. Personally, if I was going to spend $1,000+ on a coin, I wouldn't mind the $50 expense to have it authenticated and graded for peace of mind and for ease of reselling.

The smallest coin ever produced for circulation by the Royal Mint was 11mm in diameter. The British Halfcrown coin was 32mm in diameter and weighed 14.1 to 14.14 grams when it was made from silver and 14.2 grams when it was made from cupro-nickel.

The oldest coin ever made would probably be priceless.

Yes...I'm a coin collector and I have one.
You need to give us a bit more information, particularly what is the main motif on the coin (Britannia, a shield, etc.) and an estimate of what the coin is made out of (gold, silver, copper, etc.) and then we can better identify what it is and hopefully get you a value.
