thank you gabriella that was a great answer but it was not specific enough what you want to do to make an ABC book for anything is first of all make a nice colorful cover nobody wants to see a black and white picture so make sure the picture you print out is colored of if you print it out in black and white just color it in. second of all to make a nice interesting table of contents you may be thinking oh this is going to take forever but if you just be patient it will work out. third you need to put one letter on each of a page put a nice word checked paragraph to go with a nice and lovely picture that you you will surely put in there for each and every letter. fourth if you want your book to be more realistic you should put an index in there. for example:
A:
abraham Lincoln
anonymous
antietam
you want your letters to have a lot of words in them the more letters they have the better
- thank you

Z. Zuccess(Success) was the final status of the union after the last battle of the civil war. They beat the confederates and won the war. Most importantly, though, they abolished slavery from the United States of America.
Well, i do not know any last names but if you are making an abc book on the civil war, you could use the word yeoman.....i hope this helps you....
Use Yankee. It might help.
Xanthorrhiza (Yellowroot):During the Civil War, if a soldier was wounded or injured in battle he may have been treated with a Xanthorrhiza. Xanthorrhiza is the pharmacopoeial name for the root of the Xanthorrhiza apiifolia.
