There is no 1807 Indian Head penny, but there is one from 1907. Check closely, it is likely you misread the date. A 1907 Indian Head is worth $2-30. Most likely it is a well worn coin, and therefore around $2-3. However, depending on the wear and condition it may be worth more. Check the word "LIBERTY" on the headband of the Indian (which is actually just Liberty in a headdress) on the obverse (front) of the coin. If the coin is heavily worn, and you can't see in letters left in "LIBERTY" then your coin is probably around $2, if two or three letters are visible, $4-6, if all letters are visible $10-18. If "LIBERTY" is very clear and sharp, and the coin has strong eye appeal and luster (shine) then your coin is worth $35-50.
It is possible that you have an 1807 Large Cent, however this coin does not feature an Indian. I will include pictures of each coin in order to determine what you actually have. If you do have the large cent your coin is worth around $30-1000. More than likely, this coin is worn and worth around $30. Again, value changes depending on condition. If the coin is well-worn, with all details in the head and hair gone, the coin is worth around $30-45. If it is less worn, but still missing a lot of hair detail, around $70-160. If the coin has little wear, it may be worth around $500. An extremely nice coin, while extremely rare, is worth upwards of $1000. An important point on the 1807 Large Cent is that it includes several different varieties and differences that will affect the value. Specific varieties may be worth much more than listed here, but require minute inspection of the coin, and very knowledgeable analysis. I would recommend if this is a large cent, taking it to a local coin dealer, as he or she will be able to see your coin and check for any valuable varieties.
