The 36th President of the United States was Lyndon B. Johnson (L.B.J.) from November 22, 1963 to January 20, 1969. His Vice President was Hubert Humphrey from 1965-1969. From 1963-1965 he had no Vice President.
Lyndon Johnson's vice president was Hubert Horatio Humphrey, Jr.
Note that he only had a vice-president after he was elected President in 1964. From November 22, 1963 when he became president upon the assassination of the then president John F. Kennedy, until Hubert Humphrey was sworn in as his vice president on January 20, 1965 following their victory in the presidential election of 1964, Johnson served as president without a vice president.
Until the 25th amendment to the US Constitution was ratified in 1967, there was no provision for replacing a vice-president. Johnson was the last president to serve without one, albeit only while finishing out JFK's term of office. His successor, Richard Nixon had to replace his vice president when Spiro Agnew resigned from office (replaced with Gerald Ford), and when Gerald Ford assumed the office of president upon the resignation of Nixon, the 25th amendment was exercised again to provide him with a vice president - Nelson Rockefeller.
