The Chief Justice votes first, followed by each of the Associate Justices in order of seniority. This is a matter of tradition, not a rule, however. Chief Justice William Rehnquist often chose to vote last, or abstained from voting altogether, despite having heard oral arguments and actively participating in case discussions.
