You would need to be able to find the photographer who took the photo - the military did not take the photo - a civilian photographer with permission to conduct their business on-post did.
There is nobody who sells military training on video or online. If you find someone claiming to do so then these companies have no official bearing on your getting into military. It all depends on what kind of military training you are looking for, there is medical, or physical. Medical training can be found at websites like store.brooksidepress.org. Physical training could be found at http://www.550cord.com
Sometimes you'll happen across them at military surplus stores, militaria auctions, and the like. If there's one you're looking for specifically, that could be a bit more difficult. I'm looking at mine from 1998, and see no publisher listed. You may wish to contact the Association of the United States Army (AUSA), and see if they would be willing to help (see related link).

Depends on your MOS, but it will be in the lower 48. Infantry goes to Ft. Benning, Artillery goes to Ft. Sill, etc. There are no Basic Training posts in Alaska. You'll find out where you're to report to for BCT once you sign your enlistment contract at the Military Entrance and Processing Centre (MEPS).

You will have to appear before the judge to find out how he/she treats that excuse. You knew (or should have known) weeks or months in advance what your training dates were. The judge may or may not consider it a valid excuse. The reason I use the word "excuse" and not "reason" is because your military obligation was NOT a secret nor did it arise suddenly.
