I could make an inference her favorite color was yellow and purple because she wore a lot of yellow and purple dresses. I believe she also loved hats. Keep in mind she is known for being stylish and introducing new fashions to the White House. She liked many bright colors like pink and orange.
She said it was "greige," a combination of grey and beige. But she also loved vibrant pinks, Oranges and black and white--although she always wore the white on the bottom to "avoid the appearance of being a waiter."
JFK said, and I'm quoting as much as my memory will allow, "When I think of all the colors God made, I think blue must be his very best. I remember the blue skies when we could go outside and play, or chase each other through the green grass. But I think He used the deepest and brightest blues to color His oceans. You can never sail the sea without seeing a new shade you've never seen before, and to me, it proves that His work is never fully complete. He is still making small changes to the world we share, and that should tell us all that no matter how much WE accomplish as citizens of the world, our work together and as individuals, must never be considered complete." I hope this might answer your question, and as I said it's as close to a quote as I can recall, but some of the wording may not be exactly as he said it. : )
