I am not sure of the exact definition of a mausoleum but I think the tombs of Lincoln, Grant, Garfield and McKinley would surely qualify as mausoleums. The two Adam's are both buried in a crypt below a church. Wilson is ensconced in a crypt in the Washington National Cathedral. and Eisenhower rests in a private chapel. The tombs of Washington, Monroe, Tyler, W. H. Harrison, Fillmore, Taylor, A. Johnson, Hayes, Harding, Hoover, Ford and Reagan are essentially small stone buildings designed to hold their bodies out of the ground and not just grave markers.

There are three US Presidents who are in Mausoleums: George Washington, who is entombed in a mausoleum at Mount Vernon in Virginia; Ulysses S. Grant, who is interred in Grant's Tomb in New York City; and James A. Garfield, who is buried in Garfield Memorial at Lake View Cemetery in Cleveland, Ohio.
