US Air Force enlisted personnel are called AIRMAN (or AIRMEN when as a group), US Army enlisted personnel are called SOLDIERS, US Marines are called MARINE, US Navy personnel are called SAILORs or SEAMAN (Seamen when in a group). US Coast Guard personnel used to be called Coast Guardsman (or Guardsmen when as a group). The latter's job title description may have changed due to the changing terminology of the times. Nickname, like a soldier is a Dogface or a GI, a sailor is a Swabbie and a Marine is a Jarhead? An Air Force member is a Zoomie. Ping my message board if you want to know why.
Wing nuts?
