Out-rageous. The German militaria is going up all the time. In the late 1960's, I bought some badges and hat pins for $7 up to $12. One was an SS cap pin. Now those can go for as high as $150. Of course, that makes me suspicious of fakes. At that price, anyone can make a good quality fake and sell it for a profit. Another example. I have a WW1 Iron Cross that may be worth only $30. If it was a WW2 Iron Cross it might be worth 4 times that. The problem is trying to sell it on eBay. Sometimes they will pull an item off if it display the swastika. You may have to look for them on other internet auction sites.
Depends on
The name of the Medal
The country of issue
The condition of the Medal
Also if the medals are named and if so who they are named to. If they are a high rank this will increase the price. If they were killed in action, wounded or taken prisoner this will increase the price. "2 ww1 medals" is a bit vague.
