Through Obama Care, all Americans will be covered under health care at affordable rates, to be subsidized by the US Government. It's a dream project which will usher in a new era in the lives of the American once it is fully operational. Though it would involve billions of dollars (for which the opposition party has vehemently opposed),its importance as a social welfare tool can not be aruged upon.
