is one of the toughest schools in aviation besides air crew (one word, full metal jacket haha) im in it right now, if you enjoy PT and no sleep whatso ever, then joing the air traffic controllers, where in the fleet 70% of your job will be studying for various quals and only 30% actually talking to pilots and landing aircraft, but don't worry theres a perk, where as other MOS's usually work overtime like 12 hours and what not, air traffic controllers are not allowed to work over 8 hours, its pretty kickass, besides that you can get a pretty cool civilian job for 6 figures a year, that's for a big airport, small dingy airports something cool like 85 grand a year, its not really stressfull ppl say it is bc "ppls lives are in your hands" but if you chill out, itll be pretty easy, if you panic or cant handle stress, youll be reclassed to the needs of the marine corps, and more than likely they'll put you in avionics which is kinda hard, im no mechanic, i like computers more

The Marine Corps was assigned the sole responsibility of providing helicopter support to the President, worldwide in 1966. The Presidential helicopter assumes the call-sign Marine Oneonly when in possession of the President; just as the President's 747 (operated by the U.S. Air Force) assumes the call-sign Air Force One when the President is on board. This is done so that when Marine One or Air force One are dealing with air-traffic control, there is no ambiguity as to the importance of the flight in question. Air force One and Marine One are always given priority over other traffic.
