It depends on what you mean by meeting with his cabinet. If you mean holding a meeting of the entire cabinet, news reports indicate that President Obama has only held a handful of meetings with all the members (on average, about three a year). But he meets regularly and/or communicates frequently, with individual cabinet members.
For example, it has been reported that Mr. Obama has held meetings with his Secretary of Defense about 20 times, and his Secretary of State at least 16 times (possibly more-- some information about presidential meetings is classified). And it should be noted that holding frequent cabinet meetings has been a common practice for some presidents (President Reagan, for example) but not every president has done so.
There is no set schedule for full cabinet meetings and the cabinet has become so large that full meetings are not likely to be very productive. Obama does not call a cabinet meeting very often. Individual secretaries meet with the president as is needed or when called in by the president.
That depends on the Secretary and the President, Obama meets with his cabinet weekly and the meetings are increased when needed.

Once a week.
Cabinet meetings take place in the White House, or at least did.
Presidents meet with members of their cabinet on a regular basis, and President Obama is no exception. While a meeting of the entire cabinet may not occur very often, individual meetings with the various heads of agencies occurs fairly frequently. For example, the president may meet with his Secretary of Defense or his Secretary of State or his Secretary of the Treasury (or another other cabinet member), as issues come up and such meetings are needed. Recently, as the drought in the mid-western United States worsened, President Obama held meetings with his Secretary of Agriculture, Tom Vilsack, to formulate strategies to help those being impacted.
