Joseph and Rose Kennedy had right children. Joe Jr. (1916-1944) died in World War II, John (1918-1963) was assassinated, Kathleen (1920-1948) died in a plane crash. Eunice (1922-2009) died of natural causes, Patricia (1924-2004) died of cancer, Robert (1926-1968) was assassinated, Jean (1928-) is still alive as of 2012, Edward (1930-2009) died of cancer.
The available evidence supports the idea that two bullets struck the President. One bullet traveled through (essentially) the soft tissues of the president and Governor Connally until it hit flat against one of the governor's ribs, thus flattening it like a toothpaste tube. This bullet is called "magic" because its course was originally not understood, and it is only photographed from the least damaged side, which makes it look pristine... The bullet entered Kennedy's rear neck/spine/shoulder area, exited his throat, passed through Connally as described, and then passed through his wrist and into his leg. Being so slowed by the soft tissues, it did comparatively little damage to either itself or Connally.
The second bullet, also from the rear, hit the back of Kennedy's head, pushing it forward about 3 inches between Zapruder frame 312 and 313. Then the rupturing skull spray ( forward and to the right) caused his head to spin somewhat back and to the left. The bullet left a bevel in the rear of Kennedy's skull, proving beyond reasonable doubt that the bullet, like the above one, came from the rear. For a while there was some thought that there was a second gunman on the Grassy Knoll, but a bullet from his position would have exited from the *left* side of his skull, not the right. And recent forensic technologies have proven that at the instant of the head shot, there was a concrete wall between the Knoll "sniper's position" and the President, so either there was no Knoll gunman, or he missed.

I believe only, (1 John F. Kennedy) who was later and sadly assassinated by a head shot during a parade. As far as I know he currently is the only presidential Kennedy,
he was assasinated
If I remember correctly the bullet entered his back came out the front, hit his wrist and embedded in the car.
