One can find information about the name of the American television series starring Emmanuel lewis between 1989 to 1989 in a local library or on internet.
In the book series, nobody even proposed to Sookie. In the series... I guess we'll find out next season. I sure hope she doesn't, though.

So many $20 bills have been printed over the years that you have to go back to the 1985 series before you can find any that are worth a premium in uncirculated condition, and all the way to the 1950 series for bills that have been used. However age isn't the only factor making a bill worth more than face value. The bill's condition and its series letter (the small letter, if any, next to the date) can also affect values. For example as of 07/2014 a 1934 $20 bill with no series letter might retail for only about $23 because so many were printed. But a 1950 bill with an E next to the date is part of a much rarer issue printed in the early 1960s and has a retail value of $50 to $65.
You will have to cal Colt to find out. SN data published stops @ 1985
On a One Dollar bill.
Any U.S. million dollar bill you might find is only a novelty and is NOT legal tender.
well, we know it's at least worth a buck....
It's not easy. US bills are printed by "series year", unlike coins that (usually) carry their specific year of minting. The series year is determined by the bill's design and which federal officials' signatures are on the bill. To make things even more confusing a series can often continue to be printed after one or both officials have left office. If you know the bill's serial number it's sometimes possible to find a cross-reference at various websites. For modern bills since the 1980s, the Bureau of Engraving and Printing site moneyfactory.gov provides lists of approximate printing dates for most series and serial number combinations.

A nice, crisp uncirculated note has a value of about $15, IF you can find a buyer.
