The big question is, if you're making homemade blackberry jelly, why only make one gallon?

I am not sure what a mike jug is but a 1-gallon jug will hold approx 930 jelly beans.
I don't like blackberry flavored jelly. I like strawberry jelly. Because while blackberry jelly is very easy to spread on toast, strawberry jelly is not as bitter, therefore creating a very delicious, fatty food.
