Both forces have units which deploy regularly, and they both have units which don't deploy at all. If your purpose of enlisting is simply looking for "action", you may want to reconsider it.... after three tours as a Combat Medic in the Army, I can tell you firsthand your eagerness for "action" will wane very quickly.
