No, there is no evidence to support it. There were tabloid rumors of it, fueled by her joking comment that she spent so much time with him that she thought of his as a husband, but she was clearly joking. There is no credible proof of any affair, and by all accounts, President Bush was (and is) deeply in love with his wife Laura.
