You have to elaborate a little more. If you want to cross rate to another rating, it must be in CREO level one (look it up). If you want to switch to Biomed Tech or Lab Tech, you can do that too. Switching to another rating in CREO level 2 or 3 will not be allowed because they REALLY need us 8701s (according to my command careercouncilor).
