Very definitely, except that they weren't printed in Minnesota. All $1 and $2 bills have a Federal Reserve Seal on them that identifies which one of the 12 Fed districts distributed the bills. All US bills are printed in Washington and Fort Worth, then shipped to one of the Fed districts for distribution to the banking system.
