After getting my Tragus pierced I waited until 2 months to change mine as it was still hurting , but when they change the bar in the Tragus it can be quite painful so just putting it out there and don't change jewelry in the Tragus when it's infected it really hurts
For a tragus piercing, it's important to use an earring that is specifically designed for that type of piercing. The size of the earring will depend on the individual's anatomy and the initial jewelry used for the piercing. Generally, a small stud or hoop with a diameter of around 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch (6mm to 9mm) is commonly used for a tragus piercing. However, it's best to consult with a professional piercer for personalized advice on sizing and jewelry selection based on your specific piercing.
The ball just pushes off to one side of the ring, however due to the location a difficulty involved in getting the ring in there in the first place you should go see a professional body piercer for assistance in removal and maybe selecting jewellery that is easier to change.

To remove a ball earring from your tragus, gently grasp the ball with one hand and the flat back of the earring with the other hand. Twist the ball in a counterclockwise direction while holding the back of the earring in place to unscrew it from the post. Be careful and patient to avoid causing any discomfort or injury.

NO such thing as a reverse tragus. Do you mean an anti-tragus? Either way, a double tragus would probably seem to hurt more just because you would have to get two of them! They're both cartilage piercing and pretty much the same thickness. So its really hard to say for sure
