Most foreigners pronounce this incorrectly. The Mongolian "L" is pronounced differently than what is expected. Put your tongue to the top of your mouth and breath out. That's what the /l/ sounds like.
In addition, it sounds like "bayarlaa". Mongolians will delete the third syllable and MASH it into one "laa"with an added slight pause on the "L".
