Highly unlikely: Mexico is weaker than the US in both economic and military capabilities, but its high population (120 million by 2014) would become a humanitarian crisis and eventually, a logistics and military nightmare: considering the huge failure by the American military in both Iraq and Afghanistan (with half the population and land area of Mexico), and the fact that both countries are slowly but steadily integrating themselves into the North American economy together with Canada, it would be like shooting yourself in the foot.
