Because the french do absolutely NOTHING to stop them ! When an illegal is found in a lorry or whatever - ALL the french do is turf them out of the port gates ! The illegals simply wait in the make-shift camp they've set up - for the next truck to come along so they can try again !
If France did more to discourage these parasites in the first place - the UK wouldn't have the problem of dealing with them when they get here !
