Brazil comes to mind.
To be in compliance with the Constitution, to even out regional imbalances due to a coast dominated politico-economy, and to shift activities to a more central location for all Brazilians were the problems that Brazilian's government leaders hoped to solve by moving the capital city into the country's interior. Specifically, in 1956, Juscelino Kubitschek de Olveira [September 12, 1902-August 22, 1976], who was President of Brazil, 1956-1961, ordered the building of Brasília to fulfill an article in Brazil's constiution. Dating from 1891, the article stated that the capital should be moved from Rio de Janeiro to a more central location within the country. It took 41 months to build Brasília, from 1956 to 1960. Brasília officially was inaugurated as the capital on April 21, 1960.

They inhabit the lush rain forests of the Amazon river in countries like Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil, Paraguay etc. They live in Swamps, Marshes and slow moving streams in the Amazon & Orinoco river basins. They prefer dense vegetation where they can easily sneak up on unsuspecting prey and hunt them.
