It was not a crew member who died; it was a 'friend' of the band; a man by the name of Thomas Riley who had toured with the band on the 'True' tour. When Thomas return home to Belfast he got cuaght up in the 'troubles' and was shot dead by a British soldier. His death was part of the inspiration of for the song 'Through The Barricade'
