The Paleo-Indians were the first Americans to cross Beringia into Alaska.
In the ice age they used the land bridge connecting asia to north america to cross over into what today is known as alaska
Looking at a world map, you can see a part in the corner where Asia almost touches Alaska. Long ago, the water was all frozen, and water levels fell. So, there was a "bridge" into Alaska. They just went across that.
The original settlers of America is currently known as the native Americans. Like the incas and Aztecs. they were said to cross over from Asia to Alaska via an ice bridge that used to lay between russia and Alaska.
one way is they cross the Bering land bridge. the other way is they sailed island to island.
On the left of the first bridge u cross there (you don't need to cross bridge)
the last people to cross the bridge were the natives to the Russian/Alaskan areas..
The Paleo Indians entered North America by crossing a land bridge that connected Russia and Alaska in what is not the Bering Sea. At the time, the Earth was experiencing an Ice Age and the sea level was lower than it is today, exposing the land between the two continents.
They were nomadic and followed the herds for food. This happened over generations and not all at once.

The first Americans are believed to have migrated to the western hemisphere from Asia via a land bridge known as Beringia, which existed during the last Ice Age. This land bridge connected Siberia and Alaska, allowing early humans to cross into North America. As the Ice Age ended, sea levels rose and the land bridge disappeared, isolating the populations in the Americas.
