∙ 10y agoAs a whole, no, North Africa is not densely populated. However, this is because the Sahara Desert covers North Africa. Practically all of North Africans live along the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Red, and Nile coast. These areas are very densely populated.

The largest and least densely populated region in North America is Northern Canada. This sparsely populated area is characterized by vast wilderness, including tundra, boreal forests, and mountains, with a population density among the lowest in the world.
Alaska is the least densely populated followed by: Wyoming, Montana, North Dakota. South Dakota New Mexico, Idaho and Nebraska.
The only country that is classified as being in North Asia would be Russia which is neither a small nor a densely populated country. Asia does contain many small and densely populated countries. There are areas in China such as Hong Kong, Macau that are much denser, but are not countries themselves.
The economic activity in the most densely populated parts of North America is in the medical field. There are cosmetic as well as necessary medical procedures performed in great numbers anywhere where there are a lot of people.
North Africa and SouthWest Asia has served as the crossroad for the people
North Korea is densely populated mainly due to limited habitable land and its geographical location, with most of the population concentrated in the plains and valleys. Additionally, government policies that restrict movement and settlement contribute to urban overcrowding in major cities.
