Las Vegas itself will be in the mid-50s to mid-60s, possibly overcast, but will not likely be raining. It will actually get about 5-10 degrees warmer as you head through Southern California, and there will still be an unlikely chance of rain. As you head through Bakersfield, the weather drops back down to the low 60s, but rain is very unlikely, although it will probably be overcast. As you head up I-5 through Coalinga and Modesto, the temperature drops slightly again to the mid-50s, but there is still very little chance of rain; however, it will likely be overcast. The weather is then going to pretty much stay the same all the way into Oakland, with a slightly greater chance of rain and slightly lower temperatures in Oakland itself.
