β 10y agoThere are three arches, on the same perspective. The first one is the arch du carousel, a rosy stone arch at the end of the Louvre palace. Up the Champs-Elysées avenue stands the Arc de Triomphe, which is the monumental arch you are certainly thinking of. And a newly-built monumental building, four kilometers up the same perspective in the business district, is the "Grande Arche de La Défense".
