in England we speak... English. the only difference is that its a mix between the German English and American English. they also have a little french and some German. but that's only a small variety.

We speak English in Walse because many years ago it was forbiden to speak Welsh. Welsh was only spoken in homes and church.

If a Welsh word was spoken in School the child would get punished.

This scared a lot of people when they got older the memories stayed with them so they refused to pass the language to their families.
