(Im talking about ancient Greece in this answer so if that's not what u wanted don't read this!!!!) ancient Greece was surrounded by water and the landscape was very bumpy. they used donkeys to pull carts over this landscape.(its probably the same today other than the donkey part)-Thomas ok that is wierd
