Sitges lies about 35km (21 miles) south west of central Barcelona (although only 25-30 away from the suburbs - as it's a fairly big city!) The roads are good, and the journey will typically take 25-35 minutes outside of rush hour if you use the toll road, or you can also take the 'scenic route' which winds it's way along the coast from Castelldefels to the town - taking around 20 minutes longer.
From reus to sitges is like 45 min, from El Prat Barcelona, is just 20 min. The airport Reus is not in Barcelona, is only the publicity.
